Usage: 

• Step 1 – EXFOLIATION: Apply the Foot Exfoliating Scrub to clean, damp skin. Gently massage in circular motions on the feet and lower legs to improve blood circulation. Rinse with warm water. This is the perfect preparation for your foot care routine.
• Step 2 – CARE: Apply the Nourishing Foot Balm daily, massaging morning and evening onto clean, dry feet. For very dry or cracked skin, apply a thick layer of cream, cover the foot with a sock, and allow it to absorb.
• Step 3 – RECOVERY: Massage the Soothing Foot & Heavy Legs Lotion using upward movements from the arch of the foot to the lower legs to stimulate blood circulation. Reapply as needed.
