Usage: 

• Step 1 – RELAXATION: For a full bath, pour half of the sachet into hot water, allow the salt to dissolve, and soak for at least 20 minutes. It can also be used as a foot bath for tired feet.
• Step 2 – RECOVERY: Massage the soothing foot & heavy legs lotion using upward movements from the arch of the foot to the lower legs to stimulate blood circulation. Reapply as needed.
